Fine Art Flower Photography
What you’ll learn...
We’ll cover topics from my e-book, “Fine Art Flower Photography: techniques and tips”. This includes:

❖ and a suit of very creative techniques such as abstracts and photo-impressionism, multiple exposure, panning, and image overlay.

Date: TBD
Location: meet at Dow’s Lake, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. For this workshop, we take advantage of the Ottawa Tulip Festival to photograph the colourful tulips in bloom during the festival.
Time: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm (this workshop is outdoors and will run rain or shine, so please dress appropriately).
Cost: TBD.
Size: Maximum of 6 people.
Equipment: any camera but digital is preferred so that you can receive
immediate feedback on your image-making.
Level: This workshop is for beginners through to intermediate/advanced photographers
Cancellation Policy: a full refund will be provided 21 days or greater, prior to the workshop. For cancellations between 8 and 21 days prior to the workshop, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Cancellations 7 or fewer days prior to the workshop will not receive a refund.
Flowers are one of the most popular subjects for photography. The diversity of colours and shapes gives us endless possibilities to create beautiful images.
Through hands-on, personalized learning you will learn the techniques, and creative approaches necessary to create your own beautiful flower fine art images that you’ll want to hang on your wall.
But the learning doesn’t stop with this workshop. Participants will receive a free copy of my e-book, “Fine Art Flower Photography: techniques and tips”, so that they can refer back to the approaches they learned at the workshop and quickly master them with practice.

Custom Photography Instruction
Prefer to learn one-on-one or with a friend? No problem. We can create a custom workshop for you, to suit your level, interests and at a pace that you're comfortable with. We can cover topics ranging from photography basics like exposure, composition, how to use the functions on your camera. Just let us know what you want and we'll put a session together for you.
Our only constraint is that you must be in eastern Ontario or western Quebec, within a few hours drive of Ottawa. For workshops that are farther than an hour away, there will be a small surcharge added to cover travel costs.
